1st:- Governor using personal car during inspection in army... And doing PG
2nd:- Change governor dress in army
3rd:- Wearing mask in Army base
4th:- Using tag of governor in army base when he is not in dress..
5th:- Using passport power when he is in normal dress and wear mask...
6th:- Break the rules of inspection...
7th:- Government officer cuff me without any warning....
8th:- Government officer kill me but the governor stand in normal dress they will not give any warning to governor when he is wear mask and normal dress...

On timestamp of 0:56 you say that Rules are equal for everyone but in my knowledge their is no legislature for that kinds of rules. You are talking ooc rules in ic.

On timestamp of 3:47 you say Louis Rune with the word of "governor" while he is wearing the mask and not showing the passport after wearing the mask then it is Fail rp by Devkumar Devkumar.

On timestamp of 8:49 you say that you are the citizen of "San Andreas" but I don't think that the city name is San Andreas. Its totally the disrespect of game.

According to your POV, it’s clearly show that the governor was not an official duty, it can be confirmed by seeing his dress, although governor also hold the legal immunity and regarding your cuff. It can be clearly shown in a POV that the governor give you three demands to identify yourself and regardless you didn’t identify or show any type of ID or passport, so they cuffed you for a valid reason and that army area is also considered as a red zone.​
