Ex.1. I am self dependent person depending on my own self. I Want to become leader of Inferno because my rp life starts 1.8 years ago . In this Time period I successfully acquired Many positions that are surprisely impressive. My best moment started after I became the Leader of EMS In grand rp English-(02) server I was one of the best leaders and I aquiried one of the best term of The en-2 EMS History. So now I wanna take leadership of this gang bcs I wanna taste leadership again of illegal organization. I wanna taste the leadership of gang . And I know my knowledge about gang very well . I am sure if I can take the term my term will be success . I was Rank 28 in every organization in Rp grand, deputy of HP and I was also, a Deputy of Los nomadas in rp grand and from that I also learned many things . That will help me
Ex.2. inferno I chose this gang bcs the main thing is the gangs reputation beyond the past leaders. Inferno has good leaders and a Decent history behind leadership positions . Even this gang does have a good reputation within the normal civillian of the state of rp grand . And I am sure that if I can take the term my name will be there as a reputated leader
Ex.3. the main thing we see over inferno is their gang hq . Before applying for this position I went to inferno gang hq and I took a deeply oversight of the hq . The hq is perfect from every sight and best for a gang to compete their activities . As from gang side the hq completely follows the standard and decorum of a gang enviorement.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization
1. Maintaining Proffessionalism and Rp
If a gang member Does a activity for incase Hostage situation. A gang member should maintain their 100% proffessionalism and rp communication. If a person is screaming over the mic or screaming over the chat to mandate their point of view . Then it will be count as a fail rp and bad Impression of the gang within the other side . So maintaining Proffessionalism and Rp is one of the main thing to improve rp level and Proffessionalism in Organization
2. Leaders should mandate a Clear vision
As per my pov all leaders are good at their own field judging or any kind of malicious Words used against that perspect will harm the sentiments of the other perspect . So a leader should maintain that his words are true to his best knowledge and out of the blue he doesn't say anything that can harm sentiments of others .
