I was at the ATM when I saw a government employee coming there with his friend in a government car. He was in a hurry because he had to go to a government event. He took money from his friend and left from there in a government car (All in POV)

Respected Sir, I am not able to understand what you want, because everything is clearly visible in my pov, the Government employee is doing his personal work in the Government car, you can see clearly in my pov, then what you want now? i am not able to understand Sir.
