Ans. 1. I have much leadership experience as I was the leader of inferno.That has taught me how to manage a team, handle turf pressure, and deal with all kinds of situations. I know how to keep the group active, disciplined, and motivated.
2. I want to make a positive impact. I don’t just want the title—I actually want to improve things, bring more unity, activity, and fun to the organization. I believe a strong leader can really change the vibe for everyone.

Ans. 1. Regular events: Organize planned raids, meetings, deals, or surprise interactions. This keeps members active and gives everyone a reason to stay involved in proper RP.
2. Promotions and bonuses:- Promotions and bonuses were based on the activity of every member and they get bonus and promotions if they attend events
3. Set a good example: Leadership should always follow proper RP rules. When higher-ups take RP seriously, others will naturally follow and improve their own roleplay too.
