Sir as u can see the pov it clearly shows Rule break of CR 2.21, 2.25 By Los Nomadas and again Sabresh sir is trying to cover them in this complain where there is requirement of suspect name because whole Gang is suspect. So, it's Los Nomadas at the place of suspect name. But Sabresh sir rejected it.
