1. To Build a Strong Team Through Teamwork
I believe a successful gang is built on the foundation of unity and collaboration. As a leader, I will focus on creating a strong bond between members, where each player feels valued and involved. Teamwork will be our core strength — from planning jobs to protecting our turf.

2. Reward System Based on Performance
I aim to introduce a fair and motivating reward structure. Members who stay active, contribute to RP, and show loyalty will be recognized and rewarded accordingly. This system will help boost morale and keep everyone driven to give their best.

3. Goals for Members to Keep the Gang Active
As a leader, I will assign clear and realistic goals to each member based on their role. These goals may include daily RP tasks, patrols, recruitment targets, or participation in planned activities. Giving members direction and purpose will help keep the gang active, engaged, and always moving forward.

4. To Maintain Strict Discipline and Enforce Gang Rules
A strong gang runs on discipline. As a leader, I will make sure that all members strictly follow gang rules, maintain proper RP behavior, and respect the chain of command. Anyone breaking rules will face fair but firm consequences. This approach will build a professional and fearsome reputation for the Liberty Gang.

5. To Implement a Structured 15-Rank System
I will establish a detailed 15-rank hierarchy within the Liberty Gang, divided into three levels:

5 Low Ranks – For new or trial members to learn, prove themselves, and understand the gang's RP and code.

5 Mid Ranks – For trusted and active members who take on responsibilities like planning small operations, training new recruits, and handling internal affairs.

5 High Ranks – Reserved for the most loyal and experienced members, including top command roles like strategists, diplomats, and second-in-command. These ranks will help in making high-level decisions and leading the gang in city-wide operations.

This system ensures proper order, motivation for growth, and easier management of gang activities.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

1. Create an Automated Organization Experience Log System
I recommend introducing a system that automatically logs every player's organizational journey — including the name of each organization joined, dates of joining and leaving, all rank promotions, and the final rank held at exit. This experience log would act like an RP résumé, viewable by both the player and leaders of other organizations. It would help in recruitment, trust-building, and recognizing experienced players who have earned their ranks through proper RP and loyalty.

2. Implement an In-Character Interview & Monitoring System
I suggest adding an IC interview feature within the city itself, allowing leaders to conduct interviews directly in RP, without depending on Discord. This will maintain immersion and help evaluate candidates in real-time situations.
To prevent metagaming or cheating during interviews (like switching apps or using external help), there should also be a monitoring indicator — if a player minimizes the game or switches apps, it should briefly appear as a visible alert on the interviewing character's screen. This will make interviews fair, immersive, and cheat-resistant.


3. Enable Visual Identity Concealment for Masked Characters
To enhance realism in criminal and undercover RP, I suggest that when a player wears a mask, their in-game name tag should appear slightly darker, blurred, or replaced with “Unknown.” This will indicate that their identity is hidden and cannot be confirmed by other players ICly — unless unmasked or voice is recognized through RP.

This feature adds depth to stealth, robbery, and disguise-based scenarios, while encouraging proper investigative and police RP instead of relying on metagaming.
