1. Why do you want to become an Admin?
Ans: Honestly, I just love to hang out in RP Grand Game, and I've come to like the community here. I want to be an Admin because I feel that I can make the server even more awesome — keeping things fair, assisting new players, and ensuring everyone has fun. I’ve seen how much a good admin can improve the experience for others, and I’d love the chance to do the same. I’m active, level-headed, and I’m always willing to step in when needed. It’s not just about power — it’s about making a difference and giving back to the community that I’ve had so much fun being a part of.
2. What are your strengths?
Ans:One of my greatest strengths is remaining calm when there's pressure. Whether it's dealing with a rulebreaker or mediating a player conflict, I attempt to remain level-headed and fair. I'm also very attentive and proactive in the game, which enables me to notice problems immediately and act rapidly. Communication is another strength — I can speak to players respectfully and clearly outline rules without being dramatic. I’m also a team player, and I’m always open to learning from other admins and working together to keep the server running smoothly.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
Ans:I overcommit myself sometimes when I take too much responsibility at the same time because I just want to help and get things done right away. This makes me feel overwhelmed sometimes if I don't allocate my time well. But I am learning now to delegate when necessary and to trust other members of the team. I also learned that it's as essential to work smart and be organized as it is to work hard. I’m actively improving in that area so I can be more efficient and avoid burnout.
