2.(A)I am not that experience than many person playing in rp be but my experience of pd is good in this term I was police member and I see many thing while playing Rp in this experience I see that I can be a good leader. And I love pd heart
(B) I know all rule of pd can give good opportunity to everyone give training
to everyone so they preform well, regular interview, rank up according to person performance and rewarding member when they do good.
(C) leader in this term are very good and experience that I might not be but if we choose these leader again and again so it will be not good so please select me. I will try preform better than all of them.
3. Creating a role play condition in which member of police organization without force do the work in very proper and planned way they stop criminal and increase safety of person by saying them that no saying of rank up will make there rank up according to there preform which is check by leader make member rank up. And make them realize that they should not think that if they are killed by criminal there is no problem.
