Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Invalid Evidence Use, Unfair Favoritism Accusations & Lack of Accountability
Respected Administration,
I am writing to raise concerns regarding the use of invalid evidence the unfair warning issued to Prince Menushan and the false accusation of favoritism directed at me for questioning the procedure...
Having previously worked as a State Assist Moderator for 4 months in One State RP, I am familiar with the proper handling of evidence and disciplinary actions and I believe the approach taken in this situation did not meet acceptable standards
Incident Summary:
A warning was issued to Prince Menushan by Shrishti Jhawar and later reissued by Ivan Pluxury, using cropped screenshot evidence
Cropped evidence removes context and is not considered valid in most RP communities
I raised this concern in the HC chat requesting that the full, uncropped screenshot be re post in waring channel or sent to my DM and also I said the evidence will protect very confidential.
Shrishti refused and instead asked me to join a VC to view the proof. However, VC demonstrations are not valid, as they cannot be saved, reviewed, or referenced properly.
Since no valid reviewable proof was shared, I stated the warning should be revoked. Shrishti replied If you need you revoke and I did revoke due to invalid evidence..
Later, Ivan reissued the same warning using the same cropped evidence disregarding my objection and proper process
Details of the Incident:
The issue was that Prince Menushan used code words on organization radio which is against protocol
Prince Menushan admitted the mistake and stated that he corrected the code immediately
No proof was provided to support that the correction happened, and the only evidence used was a cropped screenshot showing the initial code
without full context
False Accusation of Favoritism:
After I questioned the use of cropped evidence, I was unfairly accused of being a favoritism person for supporting Prince Menushan
I want to make it very clear: I was not defending an individual but defending the proper process
Also ivan said if the senior staff review the evidence and after reviewing if that senior staff decide that proof is valid then that warning got person won't to see the evidence of warning, it's absolutely oppression
Discipline must always be based on valid, complete, and reviewable evidence — regardless of who is involved..
Leadership’s Lack of Response:
Chief Bose Pandi, Manish Uchih, and Shadow Bhavay were all informed in HC chat but took no steps to question or investigate Ivan’s actions.
This shows a lack of accountability, especially when a valid concern was raised through the proper staff channel
My Requests
1. That the warning issued to Prince Menushan be reviewed, and either
Upheld with full, uncropped and valid evidence, or
Revoked due to lack of proper proof
2. That it be clearly reinforced that VC-based evidence and cropped screenshots are not valid for disciplinary action
3. That the favoritism accusation against me be recognized as baseless since I was following protocol not defending a person
4. That leadership addresses why no action or questions were raised when this issue was reported clearly in HC chat..
This complaint is raised in good faith to protect the fairness and integrity of our RP server. All members and staff should be held to the same procedural standards, and valid evidence must be the foundation of every disciplinary action.....
