1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I would like to become an assistant because I am interested in assisting people and ensuring everyone whether a newbie or experienced has a fun time playing. RP is entirely new for the majority of the players and even I used to be one of them and used to do things that did not follow the rules of RP. But because, as I said, I've been playing for a bit, I can see how big it makes a difference and how helpful and encouraging community can be.
The community explained to me and provided me with the opportunity to ensure that this game was enjoyable without violating any RP rules. And now it is my turn to give back to the community and assist players and make this a better place for all. I'm amazed at the admin team's commitment and effort and I'm looking forward to collaborating with them and learning from them.
I have acquired a better vision of the game rules and mechanics and the players' requirements. I have also served Government for 2 terms and learned a great deal regarding leadership and problem-solving experience.
I'm an effective communicator and team player. I'm more than happy to offer assistance and advice to the players who require it. I'm sure that my good attitude, hard work ethics and willingness to assist others would be an asset for the team. And I think that all people should have a wonderful time playing, no matter their background or experience. I would be pleased to be in a team where we build a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
