1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I've become accustomed to RP Grand and am willing to work more as an assistant admin. I possess a deep experience in roleplay systems and leadership and understand the need to keep order, solve conflicts in an orderly fashion itself, and manage teams.
I am motivated to assist in facilitating the server community's growth through offering equitable, enjoyable, and engaging roleplay for everyone. I enjoy assisting others and view this role as a way to assist new and experienced players. Being around at all times, I believe that I can be a helpful and reliable member of the administration team.
