Subject: FollowUp Complaint: Miscommunication by COS Janyanth Boss God

Dear Administration,

I would like to bring forward a second matter involving Chief of Staff JanyanthBoss God, this time regarding his interaction with our employee Prince Meennusan

In a recent situation, Prince Meennusan was asked by another Chief of Staff to maintain medicine levels at 15,000 units, and he completed his tasks accordingly. However, COS Janyanth Boss God questioned his decision and demanded he follow his orders instead, insisting on producing 35,000 too 40,000 medicine units,, When Prince clarified that another COS instructed him differently, and that he had followed his supervisor’s orders Janyanth responded in a way that came across as confrontational

Furthermore I had to step in to clarify our standard protocol:

There is no upper limit for medkit production as long as stock is managed properly

Lobby coverage is important, but if medkit stock is low, lab production must be prioritized with a few staff still in the lobby..

Staff should not be pressured or blamed for following legitimate instructions given by other COS members

COS Janyanth Boss God tone toward Prince was dismissive, again creating unnecessary stress and confusion. Instead of collaborative leadership, it often feels like his approach results in staff feeling pushed or questioned unfairly even when they are acting within protocol

These repeated incidents from lobby duty conflicts to medkit production pressure.. show a pattern of poor communication and lack of understanding of flexible operations management. This is affecting morale and creating friction within the team..

I request that the administration reviews these incidents, speaks with the involved staff and provides guidance or training where necessary Leadership must act in a way that builds team trust not undermines it...

Sincerely,
Deputy | Kavitamil RP | 37758
