I will try my best and I will make all police employee happy and I hope I will make the Police Department most active organisations of this term.
I will always help my staff and teach them to help other like me. I will try to make my HR department best as it can possible.
I will do bonus system . I will inform my officers this day is bonus day and promotion ceremony i will set it every week. I will distribute bonus in a proper system. I will try my best to make Police Department most active organisations of this term. I will make all departments HR, IA, TE, Swat so powerful and helpful I will make the leader of every department who is capable for it I will take a test for it and I will make make each and every officer helpful and kind.
