Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization (Give three reasons with explanation)?
1. I previously served as a Deputy Leader in Vipers, Inferno, and Los Nomadas. Through these roles, I learned how to manage and operate a gang effectively. That experience has boosted my confidence and prepared me to take on a leadership position.
I am fully familiar with all Ghetto rules and guidelines. I have solid experience in running an organization and possess strong communication and leadership abilities.
2. I will ensure very gang member about the rules related to events to ensure Liberty avoids breaking any rules during FZ Raids, COT, and other events. With my experienced and capable members, we will strive to defend and expand our territory.
I plan to make my term as leader the most successful by applying strategic ideas and methods once I take charge. I will recognize and promote members who show dedication, maintain logs, and have good knowledge of gang operations.
3. Your advice for Improving RolePlay in the organization
I will improve roleplay in the following ways:
I will support new players who are joining RP or those who are interested in being part of an organization, by helping them understand all RP rules, especially Ghetto rules.
I will provide assistance to everyone to the best of my ability. Even when I’m offline, my Deputy Leaders and Under Deputies will handle the responsibilities effectively.
I will always be respectful and avoid negative behavior that could harm others or create a bad image for the organization and the server.
