Ans : Ex.1 I had potentially a Good experience in the field of Crime as well as state side . I came from Server 2 of grand rp . I am in rp from 2 years . My lifetime goal accomplished when I became the leader of EMS in city 2 . My term went good but at the last some controversies erupted . So here we get a point that I want to get leadership of GANG because I wanna taste leadership of gang that's the main thing
Ex.2 I have good knowledge about how rp works and I Am surely saying that if I get the term i will try my best to accomplish every single thing that may need to say a person that I was a Successful leader . I never got Much followers I just do hardwork as I go . I learn things from my failures . At my hardest times I stay the one who helps me so u can calculate that I am best in my own so I can be handling and Managing the term the best way I can
Ex.3 inferno from past have honest and well admired leaders and this gang also have good popularity in city so I chose this gang rather then others .

Ans : The thing to improve rp in roleplay the main thing is not to be biased not to support favoritism and be a part in sedisism . Not to be called as a bias leader ..so a leader should always maintain that he don't entertain in any kind of biassness or favoritism. That's the main thing that take roleplay into a bad side . So we should maintain that
