A. Leadership Experience & Passion:
I have solid experience in RP and faction work, and I’m passionate about leading a well-disciplined and active gang. I’ve been part of multiple organizations, so I understand how to maintain balance, promote activity, and keep things fun but realistic.
B. Strengthen Inferno’s Identity:
Inferno has great potential for building a strong reputation. I want to create a unique identity with creative events, strong alliances, and meaningful rivalries—making it stand out from other gangs.
C. Active & Strategic Gameplay:
Being online 7–8 hours a day allows me to consistently manage operations, guide members, and organize strategic activities like store robberies, ambushes, and turf wars—all with proper RP.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization:
Promote Proper RP Before Action:
Encourage members to use /me and /do properly in every situation—arrests, robberies, interactions. This avoids FailRP and builds immersion.
Train Members in RP Etiquette:
Hold small training sessions on avoiding Powergaming, Metagaming, and how to handle situations like negotiations, hostages, etc.
Create IC Backstory & Events:
I would build an in-game backstory for Inferno and organize IC meetings, challenges, and missions to give members
a reason to engage beyond just fighting or looting.
