2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. First reason is i have experience in PD as high command and i am the cheif of Division in last term
2. And i strongly believe i can manage the PD as leader.
3. I have a good knowledge about rp rules and regulation like green zone rules, general rules, ghetto rules.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans : if i become leader then i will give bouns to every employees. Not a normal bouns, i will give high bonus by their work like example if some one arrest someyone then i will give 700 to 1000 bonus or if any employee do patrolling every day then he will get bonus per day 500 $ etc. if they do hard work and if i see some of my employees doing hard work and also active and have a good knowledge about rules and follow the regulation of organisation then i will give him Promotion. Which he deserves. Then i will add some new Department like example Organized Crime Task Force (OCTF).
The work of this department is Focuses on large-scale criminal networks like cartels, gangs, and mafias. And i thing its important for this organisation. And also some besic Department that i will add,
1. (Hr dept) Human resources Department.
2. (Swat Dept) Special weapons and tactics Department.
3. (I.A dept) Internal affairs Department
4. (TEU dept) Traffic Enforcement Unit Department.
