Changed Interview Process: I have created a new set of interview questions to better assess candidates' fit with Los Nómadas' values, goals, and roleplay vision. These questions will allow us to recruit enthusiastic and committed players.
Increased Bonus System: To reward excellence, I have increased bonuses across the board. The new system rewards outstanding performance, inspiring active participation and devotion.
New Punishment System: I have established a clear and balanced punishment system for rule-breaking. This system encourages responsibility while maintaining respect and fairness, with a positive atmosphere for all to enjoy.
