REASON 1 :- I want to join the PD(POLICE DEPARTMENT) as a Leader because I have a lot of experience in PD from last 2 terms in PD last term I am COS(chief of staff) of HR and in second last term of PD i am DHOD of HR and I also have experience in FBI as a assistant senior officer in 4th term.
REASON 2 :- I have a good knowledge of server rules and I also have a great experience in state organisation from many months so I know how to tackled many types of person.
REASON 3 :- I have a polite language and nature for all and due to this nature and behaviour our junior are more comfortable to contact with me in any situation.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
ADVICE 1 :- To improving RolePlay we are doing many ghetto petroling and check point and gives the best training to all the cadets due to this it's comfortable in any situation and make a interest to improving Roleplay.
ADVICE 2 :- We are arranged twice of meeting in a week for all the employees and high commands there we are taking the doubts of all the members.
