Ans. 1. Extensive RP Experience: I’ve spent serious time in Grand Mobile handling missions, organizing gang activities, and managing conflict with rival factions. I understand how the server works and how to lead effectively in this environment.
2. Strong Leadership in Gang Operations: I’ve already taken charge in several group jobs — from coordinated raids to vehicle smuggling and money laundering. I know how to plan, execute, and keep the crew safe and profitable.

Ans . Assign Ranks and Roles with Purpose Give members specific roles (e.g., enforcer, scout, getaway driver, negotiator). This not only makes RP more organized but gives everyone a reason to stay involved and feel important to the gang.
