2. Why you want to be leader of this specific organisation? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1- I have work in pd for 3/5 terms as a hc and I am experienced guy and now I know how to improve the organisation by doing doing mission and Hiring individuals As i noticed that the crime rate is increasing and I will let all my pd employees to make city free from criminal by giving them regular warrent list and i will arrange there point that where they will stay and find the warrent criminal and other pda criminals.
2- i have dream of cheif because I want to make experience of cheif and want to train citizen and pd member very well. And when I will join pd as a cheif I will let all members to work together and do regularly checking like id checking wanted checking and ghetto petroling and checkpoint.
3- i will take strict action who will not follow rules and when newbie come I will give them special trainings and some important rules and tips how to be hard working and successful person and I will make them best at a cadit or rookie position and if there will not any fto available I will provide them basic training about pda,arrest procedure,and other mission information like cp,gp or any special missions.
3. Your advice for improving role play in the organization.
1- I will suggest some important tips which I have used in past experience I will let employee them how to catch suspect while running means I will give them training how to use teaser properly.
2-i will arange regular training session and interview section and give chance to member who will another department except hr department. So they can experience pd more.
3- I will do regular check point, ghetto patrolling etc. so the employee can experience pd more as they much but I will avoid them to break rules. I will arrange weekly meetings so that they can discuss what they do in a week.
