Ans : Regular Training Sessions: Organize frequent RP training sessions to keep all members updated on standards and expectations. These sessions can cover realistic behavior, in-character communication, and conflict resolution.
Scenario-Based Questions: I will make new interview questions. Develop a set of rotating roleplay scenarios or questions that test members’ understanding of in-game rules and proper reactions. This helps sharpen RP instincts and improves improvisation.
Clear Chain of Command: Establish and reinforce a well-defined hierarchy so every gang member knows who to report to and how decisions are made. This reduces confusion and supports immersive, organized RP.
Encourage Creativity and Initiative: Motivate members to create their own side stories or missions within the gang’s RP structure, as long as they follow the rules and stay in character.
Feedback Loop: After major RP events, hold short debriefs or collect feedback to identify what worked and what could be improved.
