1. I will organize weekly training sessions and RP scenarios (like drug deals, kidnappings, or police negotiations) to improve members’ RP skills and creativity. This will also keep everyone engaged and prepared for real situations.
2. Every member should understand the importance of serious and realistic roleplay. I’ll encourage the use of proper RP terms, actions (/me, /do), and emotions during interactions to make Liberty stand out as a high-quality RP gang.
3. Instead of just power-based hierarchy, I’ll assign roles like negotiator, spy, or drug supplier to members based on their RP strengths. This makes everyone feel important and encourages better roleplay within the team.
