I hope this message reaches you well. I am writing to you not to ask for my account to be unbanned, but simply to share my honest thoughts and concerns regarding what has been happening on the server, especially in relation to the banning actions taken by Mujo Simba. I believe it’s important to voice these concerns because I care about the server, the community, and its long-term health and fairness.
Recently, many players, including myself, have been banned from both the game and the forums without any prior warning or explanation. I completely understand that the server has rules and guidelines that need to be respected and that every player is ultimately 100% responsible for their own account and their actions. I am not trying to deny that. However, what I find concerning is the approach being used when it comes to enforcing these rules.
Banning players outright without giving them any kind of warning or chance to explain themselves creates a sense of fear and discouragement in the community. Many players, especially those who are new or unfamiliar with all of the server’s rules, may break a rule unintentionally. In those cases, they don’t even get the chance to understand what they did wrong or how they could correct their behavior in the future — they are simply removed from the server and the community, often feeling confused, hurt, and unfairly treated.
I firmly believe that a much healthier and fairer system would involve some form of communication before a permanent ban is put in place. For example, issuing warnings, temporary bans, or at least sending a clear explanation of the offense would give players the opportunity to learn from their mistakes, show good faith, and avoid repeating the issue. This approach would not only improve the atmosphere on the server but also show players that the leadership cares about helping the community grow in a positive and supportive way.
I want to make it absolutely clear once again — I am not asking to be unbanned. I fully accept responsibility for my account and the decisions that were made. My reason for sending this message is to raise awareness about this issue because I care about the well-being of the server and the experience it offers to everyone. It’s painful to see people who are eager to play, support the server, and be part of the community get banned without ever being given a fair chance to improve or explain themselves.

Implementing a fairer, more transparent system will help create a stronger, more welcoming, and more respectful community — something I think we all want.
