A clear chain of command ensures everyone knows their role and whom to report to. This reduces confusion and helps maintain order within the gang.
3. Realistic Gang Protocols:
Setting up realistic gang protocols will make RP more immersive. This includes having rules for handling conflicts, organizing missions, and communicating within the gang to keep things consistent.
4. Regular Meetings with Soldiers and Curators:
We should hold weekly meetings with soldiers to keep them updated on gang activities, strategies, and training.
