As a leader, I would be dedicated to ensuring that our strategies and initiatives are closely aligned with our core values. And I respect my junior senior no matters I respect every so I can solve everyone problems if possible.
2. Developing Future leader growth and development of our team members. As a leader, I see it as my responsibility to mentor and nurture talent within the organization. By providing opportunities for professional development, training, and leadership experiences, I aim to build a pipeline of future leaders who can carry the organization forward. This focus on development not only strengthens our current team but also ensures the long-term sustainability and adaptability of the organization in an ever-changing landscape. Daily Training - organisation Hc regularly give training to the newbie or un experienced player
Weekly Bonus - If members are doing well and attending event there should be weekly bonus
Promotion- the player will get ranks on their experience and they will get promotion on the basis of their performance in the events
