1. I want to be the Leader of the Media organization in RP City because I believe I have the vision, dedication, and leadership skills needed to take the team to the next level. I have always had a passion for creativity and communication, and I see the media team as one of the most important backbones of this city. With the right structure and energy, I know we can make media a central part of everyone’s RP experience, from entertainment to essential information. I want to create engaging, quality content that not only informs but also brings the community together.
2. I want this position is to improve the ranking and reputation of our media group. Right now, there's so much potential being left untapped. My plan includes boosting the quality of advertisements, increasing activity on all platforms, and encouraging members to deliver more interactive and realistic RP. I want our ads to be more eye-catching and professional, making sure every post reflects the standards we should be known for. This will help us grow as a respected and admired department within RP City, with a solid image and clear role in the community.

1. My advice for improving RolePlay in the media organization is to focus on making everything we do more impressive, creative, and immersive. Media has the power to influence how others in the city view events, businesses, and even the overall vibe of RP City. That’s why we should push for high-quality and detailed roleplay in every media post, live report, or interview. We can improve RP by adding more planned storylines, hosting live events, and creating news or promotional content that feels like a real part of the city’s life, not just a side task.
2. important part of improving RolePlay is encouraging all media members to take their role seriously and act professionally. Media isn't just about posting ads—it's about creating a character and sticking to it, whether you're a reporter, photographer, or editor. I will guide members on how to stay in character, use proper language, and develop their RP style to make their actions feel more real. This will help people take the media organization seriously and respect our role in the city.
3. I think introducing a system of weekly tasks, rewards, and feedback can motivate media members to stay active and passionate. By giving them goals to work toward and recognizing their efforts, we’ll make sure everyone is involved and improving their RP.
