Additional information

1. Why do you want to become an assistant?

I’m really passionate about supporting vibrant, creative teams in the fast-paced world of media. RP GRAND truly stands out as a growing and influential media organization that really values innovation, professionalism, and teamwork.

In my role as an assistant, I envision myself being a crucial part of keeping the team organized, informed, and focused—whether it’s managing communications, coordinating schedules, or assisting with production logistics. I thrive in situations where I can anticipate needs, stay calm under pressure, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

2. What are your strengths?

I pride myself on my excellent communication and community support skills. One of my greatest strengths is being approachable and responsive. I know how to connect with players at all levels—whether it’s guiding newcomers through the basics of roleplay or having professional discussions with faction leaders about various issues. I truly believe that a good admin should listen first and then take action.

When it comes to being organized, reliable, and active, I make it a point to stay engaged and consistent. I’m quick to respond to support requests on both in-game and Discord, manage reports effectively, and ensure that events run without a hitch. I take my responsibilities seriously and always strive to be someone that both players and fellow staff members can count on.

3. What are your biggest weaknesses?

I Can Get Too Involved in Player Issues
I genuinely care about the player experience, which sometimes leads me to get overly involved in situations that players could resolve on their own. I’m learning to take a step back when it’s appropriate and allow roleplay to unfold naturally, stepping in only when absolutely necessary.

Learning to Say “No”
As someone who loves to support the community, I often find it tough to turn down requests, even when I’m already stretched thin. I’m working on this by better prioritizing my tasks and recognizing when it’s time to delegate or take a break.

4. Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?

No
