I was in the market shopping when a masked player approached me and called me by my name, even though both of us were wearing masks. I asked him how he recognized me while masked, and he responded, “You are my friend.” Later, he removed his mask and introduced himself as Bhalubhai Ishere.
I again asked how he recognized me while I was masked. He said, “I recognized you from the top of your head,” which is clearly meta gaming — using OOC knowledge to identify a player in RP without valid IC reason.
I gave him a verbal warning in RP, saying “It’s meta gaming, don’t do that.” He responded with “sorry.” I thought the issue was resolved.
However, within 2 minutes, he started sending money to my account (Rs. 1000, 3000,4750,4750, 4750, 4750, etc.) repeatedly without any RP context, reason, or transaction ID. I asked him why he was doing that, and he simply said, “Nothing.” This is an example of power gaming — forcing actions on another player without RP or consent. This appeared to be an attempted bribe, but I had no idea what for, and I never asked for money. I returned all the money to his account.
Proof of evidence:
