I want to lead the Vipers Gang because I believe in my skills and ability to make a strong gang. I Believe on my and my team will give respect to everyone. My goal is to make a peaceful and strong gang as compared to other gangs.
I. I’ve been an Under Deputy in Liberty Gang before, so I know exactly what it takes to manage a team properly. I know how to communicate well, keep the team united, and handle situations calmly. I believe leadership is not just about giving orders — it’s about setting an example, supporting your members, and standing by them during tough times.
II. Being a leader is about more than just being in charge — it’s about knowing how to deal with situations when things don’t go as planned. I can keep discipline in the organization, make sure everyone follows the rules, and step in whenever any issue comes up, solving it without creating drama. My focus will be to make sure Vipers stays professional and respected in the city.
III. I plan to bring in a good mix of old experienced players and new talents. I’ll make sure every new member gets proper training — not just about fighting, but also about how to behave, follow rules, and handle different RP situations properly. I’ll personally make sure that no one from Vipers gives a bad name to our organization.
Q3. Your advice for improving roleplay in the organisation?
If I become the leader, I will work on these points to make the roleplay in vipers
I. I’ll actively recruit players who are serious about RP and not just joining for fun or fights.
II. Every new member will explain all the rules properly, and they’ll be given training sessions so that they don't make mistakes.
III. Even when I’m not available, my deputies will be trained to guide others, so that the organization always stays on track and active.
IV. I’ll conduct regular training for fights, hostage situations, negotiations, and general RP scenarios. Promotions will be fair — based on skill, loyalty, and how well they handle real RP situations — not just seniority.
