A) I have previously served as Deputy in Los Nomadas, Underdeputy in Vipers, and held Rank 11 in Liberty. These roles have helped me understand leadership dynamics, event strategy, and member management... all required qualities for leading a gang like Inferno.
B) I've actively participated in 40+ Capture of Territories (COT) and over 400 Paint Factory (PF) events. This has given me indepth knowledge of how these events work and how to organize and lead a team effectively under pressure. As Inferno leader, I’ll focus on maximizing our performance and dominating in these crucial gang activities.
C) The previous leadership of Inferno wasn’t able to make a strong mark in terms of power or territory control. I want to change that. My goal is to make Inferno dominant in every aspect from events to recruitment to overall gang reputation. I’ll focus on building a disciplined and aggressive structure that pushes us to the top and keeps us there. I’m committed to making Inferno a name that demands respect across the city.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization
If I become the leader of Inferno, I will focus on making RP situations more realistic. Every member will be expected to follow both IC and OOC rules like ER 1.4, ER 1.9 , NLRs and Ghetto Rules.
I also want to bring regular RP scenarios into the organization like hostage situations, robbery attempts so members are constantly engaged and developing their RP skills. My aim is to create a strong and fearsome gang, not just in combat, but also in presence and personality through rich roleplay.
