(i) I will communicate when needed with my gang members as well as HC and make a Freindly environment for them
(ii)I would personally help my gang members and make sure no one under my leadership falls in trouble
(iii)I know all rules and regulation, I known how the gang work.
I have been in gang many times and 2 times served as a high command
I have good leadership qualities and I will support my gang members because as being a player in gang I see players in gang face partiality in and I will make sure hc are deserving people
Q.3 Your advice for making role-play in the Vipers
(i)- i will choose members wisely by taking hard interview. I will mainly focus on active members and experienced player so that no rules are broken .I will specially focus on members who don't have much experience in gang.
I will make sure general rules ,event rules ,and gang rules are not broken. I will make hostage situation, robbery look like in real life
(ii)I will encourage new players and boost their confidence to participate in events
(iii)I will make a bonus system and will provide bonus to gang members who do their best in gang and will also promote them on their work basis.
