Hard Worker: I am a hard worker and i play RP Grand many times and i dedicate my many times in Ghetto so I know the all small to small area of the Ghetto and I have many best friend also that help me to progress my term to successful!! I will attend 10+ event's I a day and I will see the all logs in Discord Server and I will see that whose is Right or whose is Wrong!!
Experience Skills: I have the skill to the Deputy Leader in the Ansh Seghal Inferno Term, So I want to upgrade my skills to Leadership Handling Skills like a profession and I have the knowledge of the all the Rules so i do very to very Hard and begense my the Terms and I am a good player also and you know me
and when I reach the Leadership Post i not do any type of the atitude!!
Helper: Hii sir I have the skill of helper and I will help the my all the Members of Los Nómadas and I, Deputy or Turfer Leader give the Shooting test to the Los Nómadas Member in permission Sunday and I will announce a per day Meeting for the Events (My Term to progress) And I will collect the Many Spray Cans for the Graffiti!! And I will be fix a Graffiti time when all members dedicate the more time to do Graffiti all Locations!!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Question: I will be make the new questions that ask in the Interview!! I will make the new Punishment Chain
if any member do any rule break he get the punishment and if he doesn't 1+ rule break in a day or in 7 days he do 7+ rule break directly he get the dissmissal no any type of demotion or warn!! I am a good leader for the Hard Worker Los Nómadas members and I am bad leader for the all inactive player or the Rules Breaker!! We do many fun in the Los Nómadas HQ per day and we the training the New Players like the Shooting like that!! I will be manage the Los Nómadas gang from Discord and InGame also!!
I know the all things about gang Leader but not have skill so I want to become a leader!!
