1. Strong Leadership Experience:
I’ve served three terms as Head of HR and recently completed a term as Deputy General. These roles taught me how to manage recruitment, resolve conflicts, maintain order, and lead large teams. I’ve also been Deputy Leader in two major gangs, which helped me develop a well-rounded leadership style and understand how other organizations function.
