Firstly he stole many pistol ammunition, then he started cuffing everyone and abusing his power after that I suspended him and ask him to return ammo and given timeframe of 12hours but no reply from him he's not even worried he is saying that he's doing fun before he gets a ban I hope he gets ban soon.
 
Here are more 2 evidence that he was cuffing me and others so some soldier killed him and I suspended him but still he was able to use cuff feature and saying he doesn't care he wants to get banned fast.
