No off topic: I am only doing rp at that time as the governor at that time is wearing mask so how can I recognise him and the other thing he is ordering me at that time he is wearing mask and not in duty and I didn't do any MG i used the term ooc afterwards see clearly

No off topic: Secondly you are doing non rp as you are not playing good rp. You are wearing mask but still you are doing power abuse by ordering without knowing proper IC reason.
No off topic: Thirdly your staff (Tommy vice) here clearly did fail rp and non rp he cuffed me although I have removed my mask. He didn't tell the macros and trying to insult a citizen by power of authorisation

Then when I asked questions they clearly denied to answer promptly and according to rp. They are escaping rp situation and doing forums bcs they don't know how to do rp.

Not off topic why you spamming in every forum let admin decide and why you come every time yo City hall without any reason recording pov waiting till someone cuff you is it not targeting??
No off topic: If you know how to play rp then you can understand only. I always came for a reason and city hall is not restricted that I can't come there. But you guys don't know rp so doing forums that the main issue.
