1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
With the enough knowledge and experience now iam applying for assistant.
I have done a lot of work in the organization. I have been doing this for almost 4-5 months and now I am thinking of becoming an assistant. I have learnt a lot in these months and gained a lot of knowledge. I know all the rules and I can become a successful assistant.
An assistant and admin has many skills and qualities that make him/her worthy of being an assistant That is why only a few people can handle that post.
The duty of an assistant is like that of an Senior Admin who has to concentrate on 10 things. Even a small mistake can be ruined. That is why I want to experience it once.
If I become an assistant, I will clean up the negative impact from the city and help new comers, I will focus on all things, and I will focus on learning and doing new things.
I have most past experience in multiples organization .
