1.I want to become a leader because I have a lot of experience skills and knowledge , that can help me become a successful leader.

I worked for 2 terms, one term as Commander of Hrt and in that position I studied a lot, interviewed a lot of people and trained them
And Then I got promoted on the Cornel , then I did some new things I promoted and demoted people, managed everyone and handled cases
We all know that human resources is the most separate and responsible department; it is the biggest and most powerful thing in the entire organization which only a few people can handle
3.If I become a leader, I will be able to change a lot of things and take the army to the top.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay
in the organization.
According to me, the leader should pay maximum attention to IC, means what is the person doing, and the one who is working the hardest should be given a certificate and a bonus so that he gets motivated and does good work, I have seen many times that leaders not spent their time thats why we some remain due to afk which it reflects badly on the people.
And i will assigned some different roles for best army members
