Leadership Experience:
I was the EMS Leader of Grand RP in my last 3 terms, and that has given me extensive experience with medical procedures, organizational dynamics, and leadership techniques. This gives me an edge as a very qualified candidate for the Leader position.

I always promote professionalism in the team and work towards ensuring a positive and productive working environment for all members. My strategy guarantees mutual respect and cooperation among employees.

As Leader, my goal is to provide steady and competent growth within the organization. To do this, I will develop training programs and workshops for employees in order to hone their roleplay skills, which will make them more effective and confident in responding to state calls and interacting with patients.
