1. Why do you want to become an assistant?

I am Julian Silvazzn and I am a citizen of RP GRAND and I am not in any organisation and past session I am on army and pd and govt ,I have experience in government and pd and army last 3 term and 0 interm with 0 warns also having experience of police at a position of commissioner i have a lot of experience in rp and i know very well how to handle situations.

I have always enjoyed, and done well when it comes to helping others. My ability to understand and predict others needs has always allowed me to be an efficient admin assistant and i want to become a assistant admin Because I want to learn something new and want to see my city crime free.

I love to learn new things and this would be a perfect way to blend these skills I want to be an assistant administrator because I love organizing peoples day helping citizens and being a friendly face

My thinking is when i become an assistant admin i give my best to serve citizens amd help more and give respect alwaysand always listening my senior and junior also

*I am a Quick learner and am trying to resolve any type of problem asap and am helping others with good communication skiils with happy face and my skill.
*I know many language like Hindi, English, Germany also, to help them citizen more easily.

*My biggest weaknesses is early nervous and Overthinking
4. Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?
*No i have not any type of issue at this moment except my irl school and family problem and many things but in am in 24/7 on discord and game +4 hour
