1.1I have seen many people join Army without direction or motivation. My goal is to grow Army into one of the most active and respected organization in the city, where every units knows their value and feels proud to wear the uniform. I believe a great leader brings out the best in others, and that's what exactly what i want to do.
2. Leadership and responsbilities:
I want to be the leader of Army because I have good leadership skills and good knowledge abou all the server rules. I can train new recruits snd i can lead all types of operations effectively. I am ready to take responsibility. I think i can be the best leader of Army. I wil try my hard for it.
3.As a Leader in this specific Army organization, I am deeply committed to serving my country and fulfilling my duty to protect its intrests. 1.Making the members skilled when they join. Hosting special training sessions.
2. Clear Radio comms ( No unprofessionalism would shall be tolerated)
3. To keep up the positivity and the people happy by treating them fairly. Promotions will be given according to time and efforts given by the people. Each and every department will be given weekly bonuses as they achieve their goals.
