1. Strong Background in Army Roleplay:
Having served in the army through several terms under different leaderships, I understand the internal and external responsibilities it carries. From disciplined patrols to managing unit formations, I’ve always worked with seriousness and respect for RP standards. My experience has equipped me with the mindset to lead efficiently and bring out the best in the team.
2. Proven Leadership & Management Skills:
I’ve handled multiple leadership roles in RP Grand, such as being the leader of Liberty Gang and deputy of Inferno Gang. These roles helped me grow as a decision-maker and team builder. Currently, I’m serving as a Deputy Minister, which allows me to manage responsibilities on a state level and collaborate with multiple departments.
3. Dedication to Team Growth & Professionalism:
My goal is to bring back pride and structure to the Army. I want to focus on training, communication, and creating a team that respects discipline, knows their duties, and follows RP seriously. I see this role as a responsibility—not just a position—and I am fully ready to dedicate myself to it.
Your Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization:
• Organize regular military drills and team-building sessions
• Train members on rules (e.g., PG, MG, Fail RP) with scenario-based learning
• Improve communication and unity across divisions (HRT, MP, Special Ops)
• Encourage discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during duties
• Personally mentor new recruits to help them grow in RP
• Promote leadership and accountability at all levels
• Uphold the value and pride of serving in uniform
