1. Leader for...
1. Liberty

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

1. I want to be the Leader of Los Nomados because I have a deep respect for what the gang represents and believe I have the mindset and dedication to take it to the next level. I’ve spent a lot of time in the city understanding how different organizations work, and I’ve always admired Los Nomados for its potential and unique identity. My goal is to bring that identity back to the front line, make us stand out again, and ensure we’re respected by everyone in the city—not just feared, but respected for our structure, unity, and discipline. I know how to lead by example, and I’m ready to show that with the right leader, Los Nomados can become the most dominant and well-organized gang in the RP scene.

2. I want to lead is because I see a lot of room for improvement within the gang, and I have solid ideas to make it better. I plan to set up clear structures and roles for every member so that no one is confused about what they should be doing. I want to create a more active, loyal, and committed group where every member knows their worth and purpose. That also means making sure people who aren’t contributing or breaking rules don’t stick around. I’ll work hard to make sure everyone is on the same page, and that the gang has better communication, proper training, and regular activities that keep us strong and involved in the city’s roleplay.

3. I strongly believe in discipline and order. To maintain the respect and power Los Nomados deserves, we need to operate under strict but fair rules. I will introduce a system where loyalty, respect, and roleplay quality are rewarded—and where rulebreaking or disloyalty will have real consequences. This will help us grow stronger as a family and maintain a solid reputation in the city. I’m not just trying to be a leader in name—I want to actually manage the gang properly, support each member’s development, and guide the whole crew to become the most feared, respected, and organized force in Los Santos. I’ve got the motivation, the experience, and the vision to take Los Nomados to a whole new level.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

1. One of the biggest things I believe will improve roleplay in Los Nomados is creating more structured and immersive scenarios that go beyond just shootouts or car chases. I want to push members to think deeper and act more like actual gang members living a certain lifestyle. That means setting up meetings, doing proper planning before operations, giving roles to members like enforcers, drug runners, scouts, etc. This makes everyone feel more involved and gives them something to do that fits their character. It adds a layer of depth to our gang and makes our RP more serious and realistic, which the whole city will notice.

2. Another key part of improving roleplay is making sure our members understand and respect the server rules and roleplay standards. I’ve seen too many people ruin good situations because they don’t know how to stay in character or they just want to win instead of telling a story. As leader, I’ll take the time to guide newer members, give them tips, and even host small RP workshops inside the gang. It’s not about being the best shooter, it’s about giving others a good experience too. If we can all commit to better roleplay, Los Nomados will have a solid reputation not just as a gang, but as a group that brings quality to the server.

3. I also want to improve how we interact with other factions in the city. Instead of always rushing into beef or wars, we should create tension through roleplay first—negotiations, threats, setup situations, backdoor deals. That makes everything feel more alive and gives other players a reason to interact with us. Even when conflict happens, it’ll feel earned and realistic, not random. I think Los Nomados has the potential to bring that kind of high-level gang RP that feels like a movie, and I want to make that our signature style.

4. I’ll push for creativity in every member. I’ll encourage people to come up with their own storylines, character development, and personal missions within the gang. We’re not just a group of people wearing the same clothes—we’re a family with stories, goals, and struggles. By giving members the space to grow their characters and create their own content, we’ll naturally improve the overall RP. When everyone is engaged and thinking creatively, the gang will feel more alive. That’s the kind of energy I want to build in Los Nomados, and I’m ready to lead that movement.

Thank you
your faithfully
Hamid latif.
