2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Reason 1 :- I want to be the leader of "Los Nomadas" because I have a lot of experience in in RP GRAND MOBILE and I also have a lot of experience in many organisation like this so I know how to lead these type of organisation's.
Reason 2 :- I have a good knowledge of the server rules and I also have a past experience in liberty as a high command (rank 10) , in PD as a DHOD of HR , in army as a commander of HRT, etc. Due to this I want to be a Leader of Los Nomadas
Reason 3 :- I have a good communication skill I know how to communicate with any time of person. I have a polite language with our juniors and due to this he feel comfortable to talk with me.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Advice 1 :- To improving the RolePlay we do many events and arrange a trainer for the joiners which provide him training and explain him the work of organisation because in many organisation the joiners doesn't know his work. And due to trainers the RolePlay is improving.
Advice 2 :- To improving the Roleplay we make a weekly certificate channel in which we are providing the certificate to the best employee of the week and also make a event log channel in which the organization member mention his presence in event.
