Weekly meetings with soldiers provide a space where they can express concerns, ask questions, and receive guidance on areas they may not fully understand. These sessions ensure that no one feels left behind and that everyone stays aligned with the organization's goals. In addition to weekly gatherings, holding curator and high command meetings every fifteen days allows leadership to strategize, review progress, and make important decisions to enhance the overall structure and efficiency of the army organization.
2:- To improve the quality of role play within the army, collaboration with experienced and professional individuals is crucial. These professionals can bring realism and discipline into training and daily operations, helping members better understand their roles and responsibilities.
