1. Why do you want to be an admin?
I have been part of the RP community for quite some time and I feel I am now prepared to be more of a behind-the-scenes person and assist more. I would like to utilize my experience to make a difference in helping to keep the setting running smoothly, fairly, and fun for everyone.
2. What are your strengths?
I’m calm in tough situations, good at resolving conflicts, and comfortable communicating with all kinds of players. I’ve also got experience handling staff tools and situations that require leadership and quick thinking.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
Sometimes, I become too engrossed in resolving the larger problems and might leave the smaller ones behind. I am dealing with this, though, and trying to accord equal importance to all issues that require attention.
4. Are you willing to give up the RP life and become an admin with responsibilities?
Yes, I am more than willing to give up the RP life and become an admin with responsibilities.
