A lot of RP gets rushed or overly simplified, especially in hospitals. To make your organization stand out, encourage your team to slow down and add little details — like checking a patient’s pulse, asking about symptoms, using medical terms (in a simple, understandable way), and involving more staff in the process

- I really enjoy medical RP and helping people in tough situations.
Being part of the hospital has always been one of my favorite things to do in the city. Whether it’s saving someone after a car crash or patching people up during emergencies, it feels good to be there for others. Taking on the leader’s role would let me do even more — not just helping people directly, but also making sure the whole hospital runs smoothly for everyone. - I want to build a strong, active, and friendly hospital team.
I believe the people make the place, and I’d love to bring together a group of dedicated doctors, medics, and staff who enjoy what they do. I’d focus on training, keeping everyone motivated, and making sure the hospital is a fun, organized, and reliable place both for players and for the city itself. - I see a lot of potential to improve the hospital and its role in the city.
