2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
-i)I have been worked in pd for 6&7 term as Deputy head of Department In different departments that's why I have some experience along through the work with the PD there fore I want to be the leader of Pd because I think i can manage and handle the team of pd as i have expedience more then 2 term in pd and as i can ensure that in my term there will be proper following of rule and regulation in order to get the term successful.
-ii) In my term there will be different types of event Hosted like Traffic rounds and etc that will engage members towards the organisation and citizens to join the organisation. In my term I will also ensure that me and my team members have good relation with other organisations and Also as a leader of PD I will also ensure to help different organisation in their missions like gang raids and Hostage negotiation with FBI and Army
-iii) If I get this opportunity to be the leader of pd I will also focus in some Constitutional changes that help PD to do their work easily and stop the threats that are coming from Ghetto.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
-In Pd Different departments should interfere With each other if needed. and there should be some additions in fine that will help Cops to do their work easily like trespassing in government property and etc.
