I will encourage all staff to engage in detailed interactions that feel both meaningful and professional. Furthermore, I will ensure the hospital is adequately staffed at all times, particularly during night shifts, to maintain a consistently active lobby. This will help improve responsiveness to emergencies and enhance the overall RP quality.

Financial growth is vital for the hospital’s long-term sustainability.
