These players have been attacking on our hq from while now and been causing a lot of trouble hopefully action will be taken against it

After reviewing the evidence, I have decided to accept this complaint.
The following IDs: (102861), (43124), and (30983) will be penalized for violations of the Ghetto rules, specifically:
Rule 1.2: On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason (e.g., raid, talk to deputies/leader) for all organizations.
Rule 1.3: It is forbidden to push/kill gang members on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission.
